Description
*Fibra can only be activated by engineers who have completed the Ajax Fibra training course*
Ajax is smart, reliable, and lightning fast. It reacts to real dangers only, not to false alarms. If an event occurs, Ajax will notify you in a heartbeat.
Ajax has been designed and built from scratch by combining functional design, the latest technology and the best components available. This uncompromising approach made it possible to create a user friendly security system that provides top level reliability and functionality to security professionals.
The Ajax app turns your security system into one easy-to-manage device. Arm and disarm from anywhere in the world with a few taps. Switch on appliances before you get home. Get instant notifications through SwiftAlerts, a protocol that even modern messengers should envy.
GlassProtect Fibra is a small wired detector that notifies of glass being broken by intruders. It is installed at a distance of 9 m from the window and filters events that cause false alarms. The device detects broken glass using an electret microphone, this registers the sound of impact against the glass and glass falling. The two-factor detection of broken glass prevents false alarms caused by thunder, dogs barking and noise from passing trucks.
The GlassProtect Fibra works only as part of the Ajax security system. Data exchange with the control panel takes place via the secure Fibra protocol. The wired communication range is up to 2 km when connected via a U/UTP cat — five twisted-pair cables.
DoorProtect Fibra is a door sensor for the Fibra line of wired devices. This sensor may only be installed by an installer who has been trained and certified for this.
