Delivery

How fast is delivery?

Free next working day delivery to mainland UK on orders over £300 inc VAT placed by 11am, Monday to Friday. Orders under £300 inc VAT: £9.99 delivery in 2 to 3 working days.

Do you deliver on Saturdays?

We dispatch Monday to Friday. Orders placed at the weekend go out on the next working day.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland and the islands?

Yes. Call 0345 5488 202 before ordering and we will quote a delivery price and time.

Prices and VAT

Are prices shown with or without VAT?

Prices are shown ex VAT with the inc VAT price underneath. Use the switch at the top of the page to change which one leads.

Why can’t I see Hikvision prices?

Hikvision prices are shown to logged-in customers only. Sign in or create an account to see them.

Do I get a VAT invoice?

Yes, with every order. You can download it from your account.

Ordering

Can I order by SKU or model number?

Yes. Type a SKU or model number into the search bar, or use the quick order page to paste a whole parts list.

Do recorders come with a hard drive?

No, recorders are supplied without storage. On each NVR and DVR page you can add a surveillance hard drive in the size you need.

Which mount or junction box fits my camera?

Camera pages show the mounts and junction boxes the manufacturer lists for that model. If you can’t see one, call us and we will check.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Call us first for a returns number. Full details are on our returns page.

What if an item is faulty?

Call 0345 5488 202 and we will help diagnose it, then repair, replace or refund under warranty. See our warranty page.
