The unit supports a versatile mix of unlocking options to suit different user preferences and security needs. Whether via proximity card, Bluetooth, the Hik Connect app or through an indoor station, users have flexible and seamless ways to grant or restrict access. It also supports control of up to two locks, making it suitable for more complex entry setups. Local video recording is possible to a microSD card up to 128 GB, and recorded events can be viewed through a web interface or through the Hik Connect mobile experience.
Audio communication is handled via a built in omnidirectional microphone and loudspeaker, with noise suppression and echo cancellation to maintain clarity. The device supports multiple audio codecs for compatibility and efficient bandwidth.
