The HiLook by Hikvision IP 8 Channel 4K 8MP NVR (NVR-108MH-C/8P) is a powerful network video recorder designed for seamless integration with multiple IP cameras. It uses Hikvision’s revolutionary HD IP technology, enabling high-definition 4K recording over CAT5E or CAT6E cabling, making it ideal for both residential and commercial security applications.
With support for 8 channels and 8 independent PoE ports, this NVR allows you to connect and power up to 8 IP cameras, reducing the need for additional power supplies and simplifying installation. The NVR-108MH-C/8P offers a compact and stylish design packed with advanced features, providing an efficient and affordable solution for managing multiple cameras.
Wherever you are, the Hikvision NVR-108MH-C/8P offers remote access via the Hik-Connect app on iOS or Android devices, allowing you to view live camera feeds, playback recordings, and receive motion notifications. This “set and forget” system can be configured to record continuously, based on schedules, or triggered by motion detection, giving you complete control over your surveillance setup.
The NVR also supports H.265+ video compression technology, which reduces bandwidth and storage needs by up to 50% compared to H.264, while maintaining high picture quality. This makes it a cost-effective choice for maintaining high-resolution surveillance systems without excessive storage or network requirements.
With Power over Ethernet (PoE), installation is simplified by using a single cable to carry both power and video signals. This eliminates the need for separate power sources and additional wiring, making it easier and more efficient to install your system.
