Description

The Hikvision IP 8 Channel 4K 8MP NVR (DS-7608NI-K2/8P) is a versatile and powerful network video recorder designed to deliver high-definition video recording with seamless network connectivity. Using Hikvision’s advanced HD IP technology, this NVR offers efficient 4K video transmission over CAT5E or CAT6E cabling, making it perfect for a wide range of security applications, whether for residential or commercial setups.

The NVR supports 8 channels and features 8 independent POE ports, allowing you to connect and power up to eight IP cameras without the need for additional power supplies. It delivers up to 8MP 4K resolution recording, providing crystal-clear video footage with remarkable detail. Its stylish design and robust feature set make it ideal for managing multiple cameras in one system.

With the Hik-Connect app, you can access your NVR remotely via your iOS or Android device, enabling you to view live feeds, playback recordings, and receive real-time motion alerts from anywhere in the world. The system supports continuous recording, scheduled recording, or motion-triggered recording, giving you complete control over your surveillance.

The NVR utilises H.265+ video compression, reducing bandwidth and storage requirements by up to 50%, without compromising video quality. This ensures efficient use of storage and lower infrastructure costs, making it more affordable to operate a high-resolution surveillance system.

Power over Ethernet (PoE) technology simplifies installation by allowing both power and data to be transmitted over a single cable, eliminating the need for extra wiring.
