We deliver to mainland UK. Orders are picked and packed in the UK and sent with a tracked courier.
Free next working day delivery on orders over £300
Orders over £300 inc VAT placed by 11am, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day and delivered free the next working day.
- Order by 11am on a working day: dispatched that day, delivered the next working day.
- Order after 11am, at the weekend or on a bank holiday: dispatched the next working day, delivered the working day after.
Delivery on orders under £300
Orders under £300 inc VAT cost £9.99 inc VAT to deliver and arrive in 2 to 3 working days.

Northern Ireland, Highlands, islands and outside the UK
For delivery outside mainland UK, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scottish islands, call us on 0345 5488 202 before you order and we will quote a delivery price and time.
Tracking your order
When your order leaves us you will get an email with the courier’s tracking link. If you have a trade account you can also see every order and its status in your account.
Missing or damaged deliveries
Please check your delivery when it arrives. If anything is missing or damaged, tell us within 48 hours on 0345 5488 202 and keep the packaging. We will send a replacement or arrange a collection.
Special order items
Some items are made to order or shipped from the manufacturer. Where this applies, the product page shows it and we will confirm the delivery date with you after you order.
