Description

The Vigitron VI2300A MaxiiCopper Mini Ethernet/PoE Extender is designed to extend Ethernet and Power over Ethernet (PoE) transmission far beyond the standard 100-metre network limitation. Supporting transmission distances of up to 914 metres (3,000 ft) over standard Cat5e/6 UTP cable, it provides a reliable solution for connecting IP cameras, access control devices, VoIP equipment, and other network devices in large-scale installations.

Its compact, plug-and-play design allows the VI2300A to fit neatly inside camera housings, junction boxes, weatherproof enclosures, and plenum-rated installations. The extender requires 72W PoE (up to 74W pass-through) or a 12VDC power supply, eliminating the need for complex configuration or network programming while maintaining full-speed 10/100Mbps Ethernet performance.
