Description
The Vigitron ViewMate VI00021U IP Camera Setup & PoE Test Tool is a compact installation and diagnostic tool designed to make deploying PoE-powered IP cameras faster and more efficient. It allows installers to power an IP camera directly from a PoE switch while simultaneously connecting a laptop for live viewing, focusing, configuration, and troubleshooting. This eliminates the need for additional power supplies or temporary wiring during installation.
Featuring an integrated digital display, the VI00021U continuously monitors and displays real-time PoE voltage and power delivered to the connected device. Supporting IEEE 802.3af, 802.3at, 802.3bt, UPoE, and most non-standard PoE implementations, it is compatible with a wide range of modern surveillance cameras and other PoE-enabled devices, making it an essential tool for CCTV and IT professionals.
Built with a rugged patented design, the ViewMate is powered entirely by the PoE network, requiring no external batteries or power source. Its lightweight construction, integrated Ethernet crossover, and Gigabit network support make it ideal for installers working in commercial buildings, schools, airports, casinos, warehouses, and enterprise surveillance deployments where reliable camera setup and PoE verification are critical.
