Description

The Dahua 8MP+4MP 25x Dual TiOC WizSense Network PTZ Camera is designed to provide comprehensive surveillance by combining advanced imaging technology with intelligent security features. Its dual-lens system delivers both wide-area coverage and detailed close-up monitoring, making it ideal for large outdoor spaces where full situational awareness and precise tracking are essential.

The camera features an 8MP lens that offers a panoramic view, covering up to 180 degrees for broad surveillance of expansive areas such as parking lots, industrial sites, public spaces, and large commercial environments. Simultaneously, the 4MP lens focuses on detailed images, capturing finer aspects of the scene with remarkable clarity. This combination ensures that no detail goes unnoticed, whether you need to monitor a wide-open area or focus on a specific point of interest.

One of the standout aspects of this camera is its impressive 25x optical zoom, which allows operators to zoom in on distant subjects without losing image quality. This capability is particularly useful for tracking moving targets or identifying objects at long distances. The zoom function, combined with Dahua’s auto-tracking technology, ensures that individuals or vehicles can be followed automatically, making it ideal for applications that require active monitoring of perimeters or high-traffic areas.

Night-time surveillance is equally robust. The camera’s integrated infrared technology enables it to capture clear footage even in complete darkness, with visibility extending up to 100 metres. This means that your security system remains effective regardless of lighting conditions. The camera also features smart dual lighting, which intelligently switches between IR and white light based on the scenario, ensuring that areas are well-lit when necessary to enhance identification while conserving energy when full illumination isn’t required.

The WizSense AI technology embedded in the camera enables intelligent motion detection, differentiating between humans and vehicles to reduce false alarms commonly triggered by environmental factors like moving branches, small animals, or rain. This ensures that security personnel are alerted only to genuine threats, improving response times and resource allocation.

Durability and reliability are at the core of the Dahua 8MP+4MP PTZ camera. Its robust construction ensures that it performs flawlessly in harsh weather conditions, making it suitable for year-round outdoor deployment. The camera’s design also priorities efficiency, reducing the need for multiple cameras and thus lowering installation and maintenance costs.
